Hello,
I activated a virtual license on 8500L router with version with version 17.12.4, but it seems that i activated more licenses than necessary :
HSECK9, network-advantage,dna-advantage
i have the right only to use HSEC and network-advantage, i haven't found a clear procedure for 8500L because i want to update the license reservation on cisco virtual account but i don't know how ( disable dna-advantage and report it to cisco virtual account)
another problem is that on the cisco virtual account we can see the hostname, but normally on the license instance we only can see the udi and sn
Could you please help to find a good procedure to correct this, updatethe license reservation or delete and start from scratch?
Best regard

You should be able to disable the dna-advantage by entering "license boot level network-advantage". Note that if this is a new device you _do_ have the dna-advantage subscription as well.

Hello,
Thanks for your response, but actually on my virtual account i have this message : Insufficient Licenses - The Virtual Account "yout account" has a shortage of Routing DNA Advantage: Tier 2: 1G licenses. 2 licenses are required to return to compliance.
what could explain that, and how about the hostname part what could explain the fact that on virtual account we can see the hostname, i'd like it to stay unknown
Best regards
