Hi All,
Does anyone know if the legacy CUCM CDR/CMR files via SFTP/Billing Server are still available for a Cisco Webex DI (Dedicated Instance) cloud system?.
Or should Webex DI customers be using the Webex Analytics reports and Webex APIs (such as https://developer.webex.com/calling/docs/api/v1/reports-detailed-call-history/get-detailed-call-history) instead?.

Webex Calling uses an API to deliver call records. The days of CDR files delivered via SFTP are behind us.
