ROMMON software version is :

4 fc99.471e.e284 to fc99.471e.e287 2.1 15.0(1r)SG5 03.02.00.SG Ok

Supervisor card model is WS-X45-SUP7-E

I would appreciate if you could advice me to which latest IOS  I can upgrade to. Do I need to upgrade the ROMMON software or not.

Read the Release Notes very, very carefully.
You will definitely require a ROMmon upgrade.

Dear Leo,
Thanks for the reply. I already go through the Release notes and noticed below.
If dual supervisor engines are present, first upgrade your software to Cisco IOS XE 3.2.0SG or higher, then upgrade your ROMMON to version 15.0(1r)SG7 to avoid an uplinks issue (CSCtj54375).
The current firmware in the Core switich is cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.02.00.SG.150-2.SG.bin,1; and Supervisor module is WS-X45-SUP7-E
Since Dual Supervisor engine present , do I first upgrade the firmware first then upgrade the ROMMON or vice versa?. Your reply would be highly appreciated.

ROMmon upgrade first and then IOS-XE upgrade next.

Do everyone a favour and upgrade to the latest ROMmon version.

Dear Leo,
Thanks for the reply. I am planning to do as below.
First upgrade the ROMMON software to the latest one which is firmwareupgradeallK10-150_1r_SG16.SPA
and IOS firmware (Not the latest) as cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.06.09.E.152-2.E9.bin
Kindly let me know if have any suggestion on this.
Thanks and BR
Hamza

That should be fine.
