CML 2.2.3 missing Cisco devices and sample labs

Wondering if I am missing anything here. In a previous installation all the images and sample labs were already there. In the latest release that I have set up from scratch, all there is, is External Connector, Server, and Unmanaged Switch; no Cisco devices. The refplat ISO is attached to the VM correctly.

What am I missing, or is this a bug?
