'Connect to video system' buttons are missing from the GUI.

Webex Meetings ver 41.2.7.1
I have a client here on campus and their webex meetings client on their pc is not showing the "connect to video system" button. Usually, after selecting "start a meeting" in the lower left side a button will appear to connect to a video system. On another note, after starting a meeting, in the Audio and Video dropdown, the bottom option should be "Connect to a video system." Neither of these options/buttons are appearing. Is there a setting to allow connecting like this, or is it usually standard?

We too are having this issue. Not sure if related, but only appeared after we moved our users to 365. That said, probably unrelated to 365, but was part of a new image that included a new install of webex. Still, not sure why that button would be missing.
