Cisco Terminal Service Agent and NTP Time

I currently have the Cisco Terminal Services Agent running on our Terminal Server 2019 and configured with our FMC. It is running well and reporting to our FMC correctly. I do have the Terminal Server NTP time set to synchronize with our FMC which is working as it should. However, when the Domain controller is restarted while the Terminal Server is live, the Terminal server 'Trust' relationship is broken and the Terminal server needs to be restarted through VMware to resolve.

Could this be caused by the 0x NTP setting that I'm using. It's currently at 0x9

Thank you,

I set the NTP time back to the PDC and the Cisco Terminal Services Agent seems to be working fine.

I am good for now.
