Copying IOS from 2901 to 2921

I have a 2901 router with IOS c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.157-3.M8.bin.  I noticed that the file available for download on Cisco's website file size, name and checksums as the file listed for download on the 2901 is the same as the file listed for download on the 2921 website.  

Can I copy the file from my 2901 router and upload it to the 2921 router?  It appears to be the same file.  

Also I purchased the 2921 on ebay and so I don't have a service contract.

yes its universal image so you can use same image for other router you looking to use.
