Desktop app for joining meetings

Hi,

We have an end user that is having a few issues joining some meetings. This particular user works for a customer that currently has no local admin rights for end users and also has some lock down policies applied on the network to stop applications running in temporary directories. This can at times cause them issues joining some Cisco meetings as the app he is trying to run from the webpages or email invites gets blocked unless they involve us and run the app as admin. It would be much easier if the user had a desktop application that we can install one time that then doesn't need installing each time and he can just join meetings from the application. I have had a look around and understand such tools exist but look to be something that needs a service agreement or license for. As this user is not using Cisco to host meetings but only to join meetings he doesn't have any kind of license or services purchased. Is there an app that we can use for this purpose for just joining meetings? If so where and how can we download/install it?

If this is webex/webexteam yes there is an piece of software/plugin that can run at startup and runs in the background allowing joiningmeetings.

Thank you for this. So this app can be installed just once and doesn't need running again? even after the machine is rebooted?

If that's the case do you know where we can get this from at all?
