Hi Team,

I know most Cisco images are locked behind Service Contracts (marked with the locked icon) next to the file name.

However i was under the assumption that this was free for personal use and I should be able to download it as it isn't locked behind a service contract?

I accept the end user agreement but get an error saying "Secure connection failed"

Recently cisco downloads have issue some of them fix some not fixed yet, looks like this URL is broken due to the incident i mentioned.

are you trying to install ISO in Esxi or any other lab emulators ?
