Regarding the EOS deadlines on our two SW versions present on the N9K, we find contradictions on the Cisco site:
- EOS version NXOS 9.2 (x):
Link https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/nexus-9000-series-switches/eos-eol-notice-c51-744378.html
EOS 04/30/2026
Indication to replace NXOS-9.2.4 with NXOS-9.3.5
- EOS NXOS version 9.3 (x):
Link https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/nexus-9000-series-switches/nexus-3000-9000-releases-9-3x-eol.html
EOS 10/31/2025 therefore earlier than 9.2 (x)
which is the correct reference?

Cisco have some documenation issue some time, what you pointed is correct.
May be 3K and 9K are fading from market, so i believe there is no support or long live for 9.3.X
