Hello Community,

This is the IOS on router : (C2800NM-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(25g)

logging discriminator command is NOT available.

Is there any other way to disable a FAN LOW_RPM logs without changing the severity level for the entire group?.

I would like to disable those, but don't see an option to specify the text to only target those logs.

sh env all

Main Power Supply is AC with -48V
-48V supply status: OK
-48V relay status: NON-ISOLATED

Fan 1 OK
Fan 2 Low RPM
Fan 3 Low RPM

Thank you in advance for your assistance

2800 are notorious for the fans to throw up these error messages.

The error messages are not "false negatives" and they are legit.  The fan assemblies are just "sensitive".
Power down the router, remove the fan tray assembly and clean it.  That should, temporarily, fix the issue.

I know this is old but it keeps coming up on a Google search, better to read:
