How do you configure the monitor capture command? Fuji Version 16.09.05

Trying to configure monitor capture, but commands that used to work on older IOS are coming up invalid.

monitor capture buffer NMSBUFF size 50000 linear

monitor capture buffer NMSBUFF filter access-list NMSCAPTURE
monitor capture point ip cef NMSPOINT GigabitEthernet0/1/0 both
monitor capture point associate NMSPOINT NMSBUFF
