Hi Everyone.
I have a client who will be connecting to their workplace apps using Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client from their home in the Algarve to their workplace in the UK. Their connection must be showing that it is coming from within the UK or their workplace apps will not work.
Before installing the Secure Mobility Client they were able to VPN using their "Express VPN Aircove" router, but since their company moved over to CASMC they have not been able to make a connection through this router.
As they do not have administrator rights/access to their laptop, or the software client, is there anything they can do on their Aircove router to get the connection working again showing them connected here in the UK rather than in the Algarve?
All help is very much appreciated on this, and if possible, as small amount of "too-technical" jargon as well as I will need to relay this back in my terrible Portuguese
