How to find out if a Smart Account is already active for a customer

Dear community,

how can a customer (or we as a partner) check if there is already an existing Smart Account for this customer?

Instead of having to sent an e-mail you can also check this yourself at "Request Access to an Existing Smart Account" at https://software.Cisco.com.
That is: https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/smartaccount.do?submenu=2&requestExistingAccess=yes

You fill in the customer domain and it will tell you if it exists or not.
