Instead of having to sent an e-mail you can also check this yourself at "Request Access to an Existing Smart Account" at https://software.Cisco.com.That is: https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/smartaccount.do?submenu=2&requestExistingAccess=yes
You fill in the customer domain and it will tell you if it exists or not.
