Hi All,
have 3 different models of cisco switches I need to upgrade the IOS but I can't use the TFTP server. please share if you have other ways to do this.

Other Option only left is USB (depends model you looking to upgrade IOS here).
Only TFTP have limitation, how about FTP or other mode ?

With USB, can I just copy the files into the external hard disk and plug it into the switch, and install the os from the hard disk? Can I use Cisco Network Assistant(CNA) to transfer the flies?

When i mentioned USB, USB thumb drive with FAT format, not HDD.
IF you able to connect using network (example CNA) then why not use TFTP ?
