How to prepopulate AnyConnect Client Preferences XML

Is there a way to prepopulate the AnyConnect v4.9 Client DefaultHostName when deploying the AnyConnect Client?

Could we push out a preferences xml with the <DefaultHostName> and <DefaultGroup> already filled in or would this be overwritten when a user logged into the AnyConnect Client?
