Clear the browser cookies, relaunch the Device Manager with the new IP Address."

I tried to close the browser and clear the cookies, I actually tried every possible solution but nothing changed

what is the IP address of your(device when you configuring the device)

after changing the device IP make sure your IP should be same range, since there is no gateway configured in the config.

Steps example :

If the device in 192.168.1.254 (your PC should in same range to communicate device example: 192.168.1.253)

Once you change :

If the device in 10.10.10.2 (make sure your  PC should in same range to communicate device example : 10.10.10.253)

Also PC connected port should be part of VLAN 300 (by default all ports are in VLAN1)

Suggestion, : configure 2 ports one in VLAN 1 and another one VLAN 300

when you change the IP from 192.x.x.x to 10.x.x.x ( remove ethernet cable connect to port where belong to VALN 300, this should work technically)

make sure you able to ping the IP address of switch before you access GUI.

Thanks for ur reply

My PC ip is 192.168.1.200 it's from the same switch range

When I change the default vlan from vlan number 1 to vlan number 300 and click on submit it will ask me if I want to proceed?

Then I click yes but nothing changed

The default vlan will come back again and the same ip 192.168.1.254 will be the switch management ip

I'm not able to change the default vlan at all
