IOX-XR OSPF LSA Type 7 prefer over LSA Type 5

Can anyone tell me the version of Cisco IOS-XR where they made the change to prefer OSPF LSA Type 7's over LSA Type 5's

I know there is a "capability type 7 prefer" command under OSPF, just wondering if they have made it usual behavior in IOS-XR yet
