ISE sponsor portal

currently our sponsor portal is broke. I cannot generate a new test URL or reach sponsor portal via URL search. However an old bookmark with a full path to our sponsor portal works. I have been troubleshooting this for a few days and cannot come up with a reason or fix. Any ideas? Port has not changed, gigabit selection has not changed. I see on logs the specific sponsor portal is listening for a request in the GIG port selected in the sponsor portal settings. I do. not understand why an old URL works but no other way to reach the portal works. Any Ideas?

Hi emolstad,

First of all, we suggest you check how many Sponsor Portals are created in the following path:
ISE Menu - Work Centers - Guest Access - Portals & Components - Sponsor Portals.
You may click on them and click "Portal test URL" to have a test then.

Additionally, you can select all the portals and delete all of them, except for the default portal, to avoid confusion.

If you want to create a brand new Sponsor Portal, you can add a new one through clicking "Create" button.
And set up a FQDN domain name to have a test if you want.

P.S.
Another suggestion is to check the policy sets, check which Authorization Profile is active in the Authorization policy,
Be sure the Results/Profile is the correct Authorization Profile as wished.
