My question is about features to enhance my support team's productivity.
We are having trouble because the Jabber and Finesse software are not currently integrated and there is not a good workaround for our needs.
We must monitor for a priority incoming call line while our outgoing calls require us to use that same outgoing line.
Our team cannot accurately know the status of each support team member without the two systems being integrated.
Is this in the works as a known feature request?
