Hello cisco community very happy to be here , so my question is can a layer3 switch link between 2 physical Lan that uses the same and (not the same) physical system addressing (hdlc ..) just like router and bridge(only for same physical system addressing) can do ? thank you so much !

your question is not very clear, but if you are asking if you can connect 2 systems with HDLC link with a L3 switch in between, then NO, hdlc is a point to point connection, moreover L3 switch would not support serial controller for hdlc link.

In serial interface there is ppp and hdlc
In ethernet interface there is protocol like 802.3 802.3 with 801.2q etc...
But the principle is same you must match protocol in both end otherwise the line protocol will be down.
