Looking for Firmwares and/ or help

I am try to setup some CP-8945 Phones SN: PUC1830055B in my home lab. These Phones came with cmterm-894x-sccp.9-2-2-0 installed on them. SCCP does not support Video. I have SIP894x.9-4-2SR3-1 to put them (Purchased from Ciscoland.net) on a SIP firmware. It hard locks up the phone during the updating process. no matter how many reboot or if I use different phones of the same model. I suspect that I need to upgrade this model in stages to get to my firmware version. Does anyone have the Needed firmwares to do this upgrade or know how to get this firmware installed? I would like to use these phones in my lab. Thanks in advance for your time and help.

These devices went end of support back in 2021, so it's extremely unlikely there are any official sources of firmware updates available for them given they have been obsolete for 4 years now.
