Nexus 7706 Admin Login Issue

Nexus 7706 7.3.3 cannot login after resetting admin password. Tired ctrl ] and c. Was able to reset password but after reload it will not let me login under new password. Have tried resetting many times. Reset button on front only does reload. Also, write erase does not help.

if the device have AAA config and only failover works with Local login ?

Either you need to remove from Radius / TACACS from NAD/NAC  list. so local login works.
