Nexus N7K Hardware components at same VDC question

I have a question if we can configure the modules :

"N7K-M324FQ "

&

N7K-M202CF-22l"

in SAME VDC with N7K nexus chassis .

Cisco matrix :

Based on the matrix, the module   "N7K-M324FQ "can work as :

M2/M3
F3/M3

Based on the matrix, the module   "N7K-M202CF-22l" can work as :

M1/F1/M2

M1/M2/F2E

M2/F3

 Can we have the modules N7K-M324FQ  & N7K-M202CF-22l in the same VDC?

My confusion is based on the names .

N7K-(M3)24FQ  & N7K-(M2)02CF-22l

one as M2 module  and one as M3 module .

Thats why im feeling confused while I dont see any matrix for M2/M3
