How can I obtain a service/support contract to upgrade the software on my AP1852I from 8.5.131.0 to 8.8.100.0? I would prefer to be able to do this online since I have a disability that prevents my being able to drive. Thanks for any help you can offer.

To answer my own question: I was able to purchase "Cisco Base technical support - 1 year" from CDW.com.
