Packet tracer - PTTA - logical and physical exploration

I am trying to use the terminal on laptop_1, i have connected the usb from the laptop to the USB console port on the backup_router but when i go into terminal, it looks like the router has failed to boot.  Any suggestions please - i have tried switching it off and on again!

 this is PT Activity, you should have instructions; there are images stored on a device in PT but I am not sure where; perhaps server or PC but not laptop;  or you task is to copy image first then boot router from that copy;

Thanks for the response, when i tried on the 7th, the output would not proceed past what i posted on that day.... today i went through the same steps and it seems to be working:-  the instructions does not mention having to install and image.
