Pre registered device

hello I just bought a new ASA5506-K9 and it came pre registered on an email address. Is there a way to change the email so I can use it? Thank you in advance

if you purchased from the right partner contact the cisco License team to sort this.

another side when you say pre-register what it means,. explain, license?

Thank you for the fast response. The license was pre registered on the buyer's email. So I should contact the license team and I will be able to change the registered email?
