Procedure for activating AX license o ISR4K by smart licensing

I'm going to activate AX license on ISR4K which is running IOX XE 16.xx.

I have no experience activating licenses by smart license method, so could someone please tell me how to apply the license?

Assuming your are on IOS xe 16.10.1 or above, you need smart licensing.

what is exact version of IOS XE, smart Licence only start 16.9.X as i remember.

Smartlicense have different methods :

Cisco Cloud  / CSSM on prem / CSLU.
