A little over a month ago my AnyConnect Mobility Client stopped connecting to a partner's VPN and returns the following message:
The secure gateway has rejected the connection attempt. A new connection attempt to the same or another secure gateway is needed, which requires re-authentication.
The following message was received from the secure gateway: Other error
We've reinstalled the AnyConnect Mobility Client several times, confirmed the issue doesn't happen on other workstations that presumably have the same management policies applied, confirmed in the partner's logs that I'm successfully authenticating, disabled IPv6, and generally tried everything we could think of.
Is there a way to capture more verbose logs to see what may be causing this "Other error"?

You can collect the DART from the client also collect the Logs on the remote Gateway ?
is the issue with you only ?

I'll see if I can get DART from the vendor I'm trying to connect to.
The issue only affects my workstation. We had someone else try using my workstation yesterday and they also were unable to connect.

then this is pointing toward workstation issue (i guess here)

That is my guess as well, but we're trying to determine what on the workstation is causing the issue and have been unsuccessful so far in determining what the workstation issue is.
