Hi. Having to initiate a move of 11 smart licenses from a major smart account, due to failed ordering handling, I was wondering if any other out there has had to deal with a move/change like that?
Given that a smart account is like your license bank account, of course it can't be just point and click to move licenses. We know this kind of change must involve several parties, including the owner of the (wrong) smart account that received the licenses by failure.
Does anybody know if only the owner of the smart account can initiate a move, or is it something we should handle through TAC? .. or some other solution?

if whoever you bought the licensing through messed up, they should be able to work with Cisco to correct it, if not you can create a TAC for licensing and they should be able to correct it.

Great, thanks.
Pretty much what I had in mind.
