Smart Software Manager (SSM) On-Prem LDAP

Hi all,

I just installed SSM On-Prem version 7-202001 and cannot get LDAP to work. I notice if I hover over the LDAP Title it says "Title of the provider (shown on the login page)" but I don't see the title anywhere on the login page. See attached images for LDAP configuration and Login screen. This is a fresh install and first time using SSM On-Prem. Any thoughts on what I'm missing or should check?

I am encountering this issue as well, however I am using OpenLDAP. I am able to pull the groups from LDAP just not users.

I'm running Smart Software Manager On-Prem release 8-202304 and I'm still having the same issue. Did any of you eventually manage to get it fixed ?
