I am trying to push configs via Cisco Call Manager to a CP-7821 phone but I cannot input the tftp IP simply because the option isn’t available. I’ve tried downloading multiple firmware versions and the option doesn’t appear. Can anyone tell me why?

Hello @dheera52,
You mean option in the DHCP server config on your router CME ?
Should be: option 150 x.x.x.x
With x.x.x.x the ip address of the tftp server

IF the phone has an IP address, enter the IP address into a web browser and then go to Network Setup.
What does TFTP Server 1 and TFTP Server 2 say? Are those fields empty?
