Hi,
I have download CiscoPacketTracer822_64bit_setup_signed to my laptop.
However, when I tried to install there is a pop out message that says -
"This app can't run on your pc
to find a version for your pc, check with software publisher"
Would appreciate if able to get some advice to overcome this issue.

Try to ru in compatibility mode
Right-click the executable file of the app and select Properties. Open the Compatibility tab, check Run this program in compatibility mode for, and then use the drop-down menu to select a different Windows version. To save the new settings and try running the app, click Apply > OK.

I tried to run in the compatibility mode, but when right click the executable file, somehow there is no Compatibility tab found. I came back the next day, deleted the existing executable file and downloaded a 'new' executable file again and run the file, it install very quickly to the pc.
After the successful installation, I checked back the 'new' executable file using compatibility mode method and now I can see the Compatibility tab is there.
