Hi,
We have recently became aware that users are struggling to connect to 'Phone Service' on the Webex app for IOS/Android
This is a critical need as users are required to sign into their Webex account/Phone when working remotely.
As it stands the users are either constantly disconnected from the Phone service and have to continuously sign back in or they are simply not able to sign in due to the 'login' button being unresponsive.
After if after the user finally signs into the phone service this will only connect them briefly before they have to sign in again
Even though Webex loads with the relevant account from Iphone unable to sign in from within PROFILE PICTURE- SETTINGS- PHONE SERVICE
Hard reset users device with power and button up
Checked device management is installed properly and working
Reset network settings
Checked to ensure IOS is up to date: 14.7.1
Checked webex IOS update: 41.8.0

I know its a year later. But anyone have a solution for this? I can login to the app on Windows and call services just fine. But my logins are not working for call services only on the iphone webex app. I too have removed the app, signed out, signed in, changed my password, etc. Anyone?
