Uninstall Cisco Firepower user agent for Active Directory

Hello everyone !

I'm an IT consultant in a company.
This company used a Cisco FirePower solution a few years ago, but the deployment have been canceld.
So this solution is not longer used in the company.

In both Active Direcotry servers, with the "dcdiag" command, I've noticed I have a lot of error coming from Cisco FirePower Agent for Active Directory. It says that the agent coulnd't communicate with the old server, which is not longer power on.

So I'd like to uninstall the Cisco Firepower user agent for Active Directory (V. 2.3.10) on these servers, but in the "Program and functionalities" I can't see the uninstallation program.

I searched a lot one the Internet how to uninstall this solution, but I didn't find anything.

I also tried to uninstall with Revo Uninstaller but this tool can't find the uninstallation program. And I'm a little bit scared of force the uninstallation by manually deleting Regitry Keys or folders.

Can anyone help me ?

Thanks !

Hello @inderdeeps , and thanks for this answer !

I tried to look for GPO's policies, there is none configured.
I just disabled the service "Cisco Firepower User Agent for Active Directory" and delete the configuration. I will see if I still have some logs in my dcdiag next week.

For uninstalling the solution, I think I need the .msi file installation. But on the link to download the "User agent installation", nothing appears. Did anyone keept some installation files ?

Thanks for the help

@Robin IST : You did see any files there ?

@inderdeeps no, I don't have any files to download :

Maybye it's because I don't have the licence of Cisco's FirePower solution attached to my Cisco profile ?

@Robin IST : Please open a Cisco TAC Case on this.

Hello @inderdeeps !

The problem is I can't open a case as I (and also the final customer) don't have a licence / service contract attached to my account.
