Upgrading from /K9 to SEC/K9

Hello,

A few years back we bought a few ISR 4321-SEC/K9. With the pandemic these routers remained unused until last year where we discovered that one of them was a 4321/K9 thus lacking the security bundle. We contacted the reseller last year which was mostly unhelpful. Is there a way to upgrade the router with the bundle once the legal warranty has passed ? If not is there a way to pay for the upgrade ?

You can buy an upgrade license, you can buy it from CDW and install it on the router.

If you are running IOX XE 16.9 onwards it will be a smart License.
