Anyone else aggrivated that we constantly have to install and uninstall WebEx client because we end up in conference calls with people who use WebEx?
You can leave it installed, but it will start with Windows by default, and you can't change that without signing in to the client. Some of us can't handle having software running that we never use, so we are forced to either create a WebEx account of some kind (no idea what that would be because NOPE) or uninstall it after every meeting that we're forced to use it for, and then remember to reinstall it ahead of any upcoming meeting that we are forced to use it for.
I found a thread suggesting a registry edit that would solve this, but it's rediculus that something like that is needed, and I've seen complaints about this from several years back, so Cisco knows and they are absolutely using it to get people to create accounts.
It would be VERY SIMPLE to add access to the option to start, or not start, with Windows to the client login dialog, or to the taskbar options, so that we don't have to login to change that option.
Come on Cisco!
