Hi Team,
We are using Anyconnect App in iPhone to connect to our client's VPN. Anyconnect was working fine until we upgraded our device's OS from 7.1.2 to 8.1.3.
After upgrade, we are not able to connect to the VPN server. It either says connection timed out. Or "could not establish a session".
Anyconnect version we are using is 3.0.12169.
Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

Try the following steps.
1. Open Anyconnect and try to connect through it.
2. after you receive a failure message, delete anyconnect from background.
3. now remove anyconnect from the device
4. download a fresh version of anyconnect
5. Try to connect again.
Step 2 is important. That is what resolved my issue.

I already tried those steps but it didn't work, I'm working with iOS 8.3 and the AnyConnect version is 3.0.12257 (is the current version in the App Store)
Is there anything else I can try?
