Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems.

For version 10.6 of Cisco Jabber for Android, you may not have the minimum supported processor.

According to the latest release notes here:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/Android/10_6/rn/JABA_BK_CB805EB4_00_cisco-jabber-for-android-10-6-release_notes.html#JABA_RF_DC73DBC3_00

You need a minimum 1.5 GHz dual-core processor.

But according to the specs for your Injoo i1K here:

http://www.ebimablog.com/2014/11/innjoo-i1k-specs-price.html

Your device has a 1.0 Dual Core processor.

The release notes cited above have the complete system requirements, as well as a list of supported phones that have been tested and are known to work.

I hope this helps to solve your issue.

Hi,

Thanks for the info, but yesterday I have changed my device to Samsun Note 3, still the same problem persists. Its working. not continuous. after some time it hangs and gives out a busy tone. Please help with some advise.

Thanks.

Hi Sujeewa,

I'm sorry to hear you are still having issues. The Samsung Note 3 is supported.

Which version of the Cisco Jabber app and Android kernel are you running? You can try upgrading to Cisco Jabber 10.6 and Android OS 4.4 to see if this helps.

Also, what type of network connection are you using?

If the problem persists, you may need to contact technical support, and provide the problem report logs from the Jabber app on your Note 3.

Usually the logs can help support reps to pinpoint the source of the problem.
