Is there any reason I do not get any email notifications?

Hi Eric,

Are you referring to email notifications regarding the communities, or with some other portion of the app?

If you are talking about the communities specifically, there are two things that come to mind.

1) Check your email notification preferences to ensure they are set to how you want them. From your browser, log into the communities and access your email notification preferences.

2) If you want to generate email notifications for a particular community

Go to the community in question that you want to be notified of new emails...

Look to the right most pane, for "Receive email notifications" under the "Notifications" header.

If you've done that and are still not receiving email notifications, let me know and I'll can investigate with the development team.

I have tried everything. I have added email notifications to discussions but I still do not receive any emails.
