Hi -
I've realized that only my TAC cases show up in the Cisco Technical Support iPhone app, and not my whole team's. Is there a way to enable that?

Thanks for the suggestion! It turns out your timing is spot on... we're evaluating and prioritiing this capability (essentially case search) along with other capabilities (ex: case opening).

I would also highly appriciate this feature (search). I have to manage a lot of cases but I only can see cases I have created by myself.
