November has brought some exciting new enhancements and offers to Cisco Workflows:
Enhanced User Action Design and Input Mapping We have enhanced user action functionality by allowing designers to map fields to previous tasks or workflow inputs during the design phase. This data mapping feature ensures that the input widgets are populated with the relevant data, minimizing the need for manual updates, and improving accuracy. For more information, refer to the "Data Mapping in Form Designer" section in User Actions.
Exporting and Importing Workspace Assets This release introduces the ability to export and import workspace assets, such as Workflows and Folders, between different accounts. This functionality facilitates backup and restore operations, and asset transfer to different environments. Users can now export and import folders with all their associated assets and workflows. For more information, see Export/Import Workspace Assets
Hybrid Branch Deployment Offering Update The Hybrid Branch Deployment with Meraki and Catalyst SD-WAN offering has been enhanced with an updated version (v2) of the inventory task, which simplifies user inputs, improves the user experience, and streamlines the hybrid branch deployment process. For more information, see Automation Hub Offerings.
Meraki Adapter Updates The 'Create Meraki Network with Options' workflow for the Meraki adapter now includes an improved inventory task, simplifying user inputs and enhancing the overall user experience. For more information, see Meraki Adapters.
Simplified Workflow Mapping Workflow designers can now easily reference task inputs, outputs, and variables. A new drag-and-drop interface enables designers to insert references directly into text fields without needing to manually type the reference names. For more information, see Input, Variable, and Output Mapping.

I don't know which new feature I'm most excited about. The Data Transformations, the new Meraki Tasks, or the data mapping improvements. Expect even more new features and enhancements soon.
Workflow Designer Improvements
The user action functionality, which enables designers to map fields to previous tasks or workflow inputs for dynamic data population at runtime from predefined sources, now extends this support for custom data type fields along with input widgets. Additionally, drop-down dynamic mapping now supports value mapping to Primitive Data Types such as integer, float, JSON, string, and Boolean. For more information, see the "Mapping in Form Designer" section in User Actions.
Cisco Workflows now include tasks that simplify JSON transformation without requiring extensive coding. Additionally, new string transformation functions are available as tasks, further enhancing data transformations. For more information, see Data Transformation Tasks.
Meraki Adapter Enhancements
This release introduces new Meraki tasks and enhances the listing of Meraki tasks in the Workflow Designer's Tasks palette by providing more granular categories. For more information, see Meraki Adapters.

The first new features of 2025 are now available in Workflows!
Workflow Designer Improvements
The Parallel Loop now allows you to manage parallel execution through batching and ensures that execution continues even if a failure occurs. These enhancements offer greater flexibility and control over task execution while maintaining workflow continuity. For more information, see Operations - Parallel Loop Task.
The Go Template Math functions now supports key math functions such as Add, Sub, Mul, and Div. For a complete list of functions, see Math Functions.
The serial loop limit has been increased from 100 to 250 iterations, allowing for more comprehensive task execution within a single workflow cycle. For more information, see Operations- Serial Loop Task.

Improved Conditional documentation now with more examples!
Conditionals has been a source of confusion for some new Workflows users. To help with this, we've added more details and examples to the newly updated Conditional documentation This includes, common errors, checking for undefined variables, and using logical operators with boolean values.

We have enhanced the workflow designer to allow conditional tasks to be added directly within serial loops. This improvement aims to provide a seamless experience for designers, eliminating the need to create sub-workflows for conditional logic within these loops. For more information, see Operations- Serial Loop Task.
