BW R23 Interop Test --- SCA feature working abnormal

Hello Cisco Team,

We are doing the BW R23 interop test now, and now I have a problem about the SCA feature:

Now the SCA is not working correctly:

Step1) DUT send Line Seize subscribe for appearance-index=1, Server response 200OK, and Notify line-seize OK
Step2) DUT received Call-Info Notify, the call-Info Header show that all of the appearance-index is in idle state

           Call-Info:<sip:10.10.20.141>;appearance-state=idle;appearance-index=*

           DUT-A also received the same call-info Notify

This issue is easy to reproduce, my sandbox ID is: bec7a9da-5cfd-4d7a-9422-f6b2ab159697

Hi Simon,

Can you please let us know the test case which you are trying to execute OR provide the test plan name/section to analyze more.

FYI: We have tried executing SCA with your users and its working fine. (Attached working pcap file)

Yes, SCA can make basic call, but can not monitor the Line Status, so below test case are working abnormal:
