BWR23 Interop Test Problem: Can not get CallID for BWXSI

Hello Cisco Team,

We are prepare for the BW R23 Interop Testing, And We found that we can not get CallID from BW XSI Interface:

http(s)://<host:port>/com.broadsoft.xsi-actions/v2.0/user/<userid>/calls

There always response us 200OK with an empty boody, Even the call has been estabilished.

This doesn't seem right. Sometimes, certain requests return an empty body, for this particular request, it seems the body should not be empty. However, what if there are no active calls? What would be returned normally? An empty list?

On another note (and I'm not sure if this is applicable), this Cisco Broadworks field notice addressed empty response body for XSI: Field Notice: FN - 72033 - With AP376117 Applied, XSI Requests Whose Response Body Is Empty or Null Will Lead to an Unexpected Error - Software Upgrade Recommended
