Feature Key Sync fails if activated from phone

Hi,

Please see attached capture.  DUT subscribes to Feature Key Event ok.  Then I enabled DND/Call Forword Always on phone but there is no Notify from Broadworks.  Browse to Broadworks users and the settings are not set

It is ok if Feature Sync is activated from Broadworks side

I am looking in to the issue.

We have found an issue in SBC handling the via header and working on it to fix the issue.
We do not have an estimate at this time. We will respond as soon as we hear from the team looking into the issue.
