Get user group states

Hello,

I want to have an phonebook with all group users. The only thing I can't figure out is how I can get the current state of a user, for example: alerting or released/on-hook.

Advanced features such as alerting/idle status of the users can be achieved by using Broadworks as-feature-event.
You have to subscribe the feature from the phone by enabling the broadworks-as-feature.
if you want to monitor the other user's status then you can use the BLF feature.
