Our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization currently uses Webex Calling as our phone system and are looking to be able to integrate with Service Cloud Voice. From what I have discovered thus far is that the only native telephony partner integration for Cisco is Webex Contact Center which our organization doesn't have. However, the Webex Calling product has a Salesforce Integration but not a telephony partner integration.
- Are there any developers who have built a custom telephony integration for Webex Calling with Salesforce Voice.
- Is it possible Amazon Connect for Service Cloud Voice in conjunction with Webex Calling as opposed a custom designed integration.
- Are there any other recommendations on incorporating Webex Calling with Service Cloud Voice for our organization ?
I appreciate any and all feedback / suggestions for what appears to be our unique business need.
