How does Broadsoft platform test Network-based Conference (conferenceURI)

I have applied for 5 days of Broadsoft test platform in BroadWorks Sandbox，But I don't know how to configure the conferenceURI service on the new test platform（I have reviewed the test cases when using the old platform, but it still fails）

Now we hope to test conferenceURI on sandbox. Should we apply IVT again or apply a test account test conferenceURI?

If the sandbox can test the conferenceURI, I want to know how to configure the conferenceURI service on the new test platform.

Sandbox conference URI for network conference is Netconf@broadsoftlab.com.
