My Broadworks web portal password expires

My Broadwords web portal says "password expires tomorrow" please help to fix it

My userID is: GuyPothibo-Grp1

Did you reset password on both groups?  I cannot login to GuyPothibo-Grp2 but cannot login to GuyPothibo-Grp1 with the same original password

Yes I did on both the groups.

I got the password from your private email. It is the same password I used. I can use this password to login to GuyPothibo-Grp2 but I cannot login to GuyPothibo-Grp1

It seems that GRP1account is disabled again.  Not entirely sure why. Can we get this looked into?
