Not able to login XSI with SIP credential

Hi,

My phone has no problem to login to XSI server with XSI username and password

However please see attached capture that my phone tries to login to XSI server withSIP credential but gets 401 unauthorized response.

Is this a Broadsoft DevNet server issue?

Did you created a device profile instance for the user with custom user/pwd?

can you let me know the test case you are referring to? For XSI test cases I believe we need to have device specific profile instances.

This is not specific Interop testcase.  I want to verify DUT can login to XSI with SIP credential and able to retrieve Broadsoft directories.

I don't recall it needs "device specific profile instances" for XSI directories.

With just "Generic_SIP" profile instance, my phone can retrieve broadsoft directories custom password though.

If it really need "device specific profile instances", can you help to setup the profile in my sandbox?
